We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic agency. In this pivotal role, you will drive our client acquisition efforts by actively engaging with potential clients through cold outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, schedule initial meetings, and support the sales pipeline. Responsibilities
Lead Identification: Use various research tools and methods to identify and list potential leads who fit the target market and buyer persona for the business.
Inbox Management: Maintain and organize the sales email inbox, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and follow-ups, and escalating important messages as necessary.
Emailing: Craft and send personalized email messages to potential leads, using compelling content that addresses the needs and challenges of the recipient to encourage responses.
Social Media Outreach: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and message potential clients, focusing on those in relevant industries or with job titles indicative of decision-making capabilities.
Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and convert initial conversations into scheduled calls or meetings for further discussions with the sales team.
Follow-up Strategies: Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads who have shown interest but have not yet committed to a meeting or call.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze outreach efforts, including call and email response rates, to understand effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Platform Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM system, including notes on interactions and any follow-up tasks.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to relay insights from outreach efforts and to refine messaging or targeting based on feedback from potential clients.
Learning and Development: Continuously learn about the latest industry trends, potential client industries, and effective outreach techniques to improve performance and results in cold outreach activities.

Required Experience
Degree in communication or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
Experience with inbox management
Familiarity with , storeleads,
Strong communication skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams.
