Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented SDR Specialist to join our team. As an SDR Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls using the software-defined radio (SDR) system to reach potential customers. Your primary focus will be to record calls, deliver excellent customer service, collect feedback, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records of interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise with SDR systems, and ability to engage with customers of varying knowledge levels will be crucial to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize the SDR system to make outbound calls and engage potential customers.
– Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers throughout the call.
– Collect valuable customer feedback during interactions and record relevant details such as date, call duration, feedback received, and potential issues/vetoed calls.
– Assist customers in troubleshooting any difficulties they encounter while using the SDR system, providing clear instructions and guidance.
– Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions, ensuring that important details are documented properly.
– Write effective scripts for outbound calls, ensuring consistent messaging and delivering personalized conversations to customers.
– Manage customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in SDR technology, maintaining a strong understanding of the system’s functionalities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and contribute to ongoing improvements in the SDR system and customer experience.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in customer service or a similar role involving outbound calls and interacting with customers.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
– Proficiency in using software-defined radio (SDR) systems, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
– Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to customers for problem resolution.
– Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
– Familiarity with scripting for outbound calls, ensuring consistent and engaging conversations.
– Experience in managing customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
– Passion for technology, with a keen interest in SDR systems and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from various departments.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions

– Working schedule: Monday to Friday – Business EST hours.
– Holidays and days off can be discussed.
– English-speaking environment.
– NOTE. It is a fully remote position, based on contract employment
