We are currently seeking an experienced SDR who understands how to move market-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads for our High-Ticket Syndicate Sales System. As our SDR Team Leader, you will be responsible for training, managing, and deploying a rapidly growing SDR team. MUST know GoHigh Level workings.
Job Requirements:
Seasoned SDR with a track record of success
Excellent communication skills to support, answer questions, overcome objections, and instill trust in potential partners
High leadership skills to learn, master, and train our sales process for our leadership team
Well-spoken English with the ability to work in US and Canadian time zones
Ability to become the leader of our SDR team and grow it to over 100+ SDRs
Sharp, fast, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic
Experience with messaging to facilitate and move leads forward toward a qualified sales call
Responsible for calling leads in the morning of their scheduled strategy call to confirm potential clients will be ready for the call
MUST be proficient with the GoHigh Level Platform. We set up duplicate sub-accounts for each of our partners for which each SDR will be responsible for managing 5-10 accounts depending on workload demand.
This is a serious leadership role with infinite growth potential. The position and hours will start slowly and then expand quickly, and we need a candidate who can take ownership and drive results.
Our mission is to provide our newest partner with the easiest path to financial freedom. They will be responsible for starting as many qualified conversations as possible, then putting those leads into our HTS System that does the telling and selling for them.
