SDR / VA to manage Sales Inbox and book meetings

My name is Lucas, and I need a smart virtual assistant.
Here’s the deal: we can pay you $4-6 per hour. If you do a good job, we could probably give you a small bonus as a reward. However, we need someone who is clever and can solve & think things on their own.
Our field is not that complicated. You need to study it at first, but it’s stupidly simple once you understand the concepts.
You’ll have the course we’ve made to understand the entire thing. Your job will be mostly to manage an email inbox as an SDR. That means replying to leads, doing some light research on their company, and booking them in the right calendar. Some other smaller/easier tasks might come up, but that will be most of it.
We are not looking for someone that’ll ask us to do their job. It’s okay to ask questions, but never the same one. You should ask it once, learn it and keep it in mind.
Here’s what I need:
??Able to work from 8-4 or 9-5 PST. You need to be always available at those times – No exceptions to that.
??Excellent English is a must. You’ll be speaking (via email) with high-level executives from big companies like Nike. We have templates to help, but your English HAS to be 10/10. We will not keep you otherwise. Use Grammarly & any other tools to help.

??Beyond handling our inbox, most of the work will be administrative – to take stuff off of my plate.
??Someone who is proactive and can anticipate problems before they occur. I won’t accept someone that repeats the same mistake after I teach you the right way to do it.
?? You must ALWAYS use Grammarly and ensure that all messages have proper grammar and punctuation.
??You must be available on Slack during your working hours and receiving/returning messages. If I message you and “You didn’t receive it” that will not work for me.
?? If you don’t know something, that’s perfectly normal. However, I would expect you to use Google and YouTube to try to solve the problem on your own before coming to me. Of course, I am happy to help out if it is nuanced or requires specific insight.
?? Having a mouse and good internet is a must as well.
?? The work is not demanding or difficult, but it can be somewhat boring.
