A small but growing firm in Vancouver is looking for a Virtual Assistant / Search Consultant to join the weekend team working directly with the President of the company and other staff members. You must adapt well and be flexible. We are looking for a multi-tasker and someone who can pick up information quickly and learn like a sponge.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Responding to candidate messages on LinkedIn. Professional writing skills and attention to detail a must
– Search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
– Social media / communications / marketing
– Data entry
– Working on other projects as and when they come up.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVES – If you don’t match the following criteria, unfortunately we are not a match
– Must have outstanding written communication – you will be communicating directly with clients. Please do not apply if you are not 100% fluent in written and verbal English
– Must be able to work WEEKENDS, Philippine night-time (to match with the USA daytime)
– Must have experience with boolean search
– Experienced with Linkedin
– Must have great internet access (10 mbps or something higher)
– Must have outstanding organizational skills
– Must have your own computer and impeccable computer skills
NICE TO HAVES – These are good additions to your application but not required
– Journalism or experience as a writer a plus
– Business management / administration education
– Experience working in HR / recruitment
– Experience with Linkedin RPS
– Having run your own business / venture
HOURS AND PAY
– MUST be able to work weekends
– Flexible hours weekdays, but weekends are a must
– $3-6 USD per hour
