Role Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you’ll be tasked with developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our clients’ online presence and improve their search engine rankings. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in developing, testing, and maintaining our web projects, ensuring they are optimised for performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* SEO Strategy: Research, develop, and execute powerful SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimisation.
* Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites, ensuring they are optimised for search engines and user experience. (Highly Regarded)
* Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to monitor, analyse, and report on website performance and SEO effectiveness.
* Content Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated within all digital content.
* Technical SEO: Conduct website audits to identify areas for improvement and implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimisation and schema markup.
* Project Management: Manage timelines and project deliverables efficiently, ensuring all SEO and web development projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. (Ideal)
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SEO and web development.
* Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and techniques.
* Language: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Characteristics: A strategic thinker with analytical skills, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
* Not a requirement, but highly regarded if you have experience with Meta Ads and or Google Ads
* Must have stable high speed internet connection
Work Arrangement:
Full-time, Work from Home
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHST, Monday-Friday
