Search Engine Optimization and Local Search Specialist/Manager

We are a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping healthcare practices improve their online presence and drive more traffic to their websites. We are dedicated to staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and delivering outstanding results for our clients. We are currently seeking a talented Search Engine Optimization and Local Search Specialist/Manager to join our team and help our clients achieve their online marketing goals.

As a Search Engine Optimization and Local Search Specialist you will play a crucial role in improving the online visibility and organic traffic of our clients’ websites. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that drive results. An example of your daily tasks will include:

1. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for our clients’ industries and target audiences.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization: Perform on-page SEO optimizations, including meta tags, headers, content optimization, and internal linking.
3. Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest posting, and outreach to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
4. Local SEO Optimization: Optimize Google My Business profiles and local citations to improve local search rankings for clients with physical locations.
5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content that attracts and engages the target audience.
6. Technical SEO Audits: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact website performance, including crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing regular reports to clients on SEO progress.
8. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ SEO strategies to adapt and enhance our clients’ SEO approaches.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– 2 plus years of proven experience in SEO and local search optimization.
– Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu, and Google Analytics, Agency analytics.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong spoken and written English including spelling and grammar.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Google Analytics required and Google Ads certifications preferred.
– Use of TimeDoctor for tracking time and accountability
