Job Description

The Search PPC Specialist will play a key role in executing paid media campaigns on Google, Bing and other popular search platforms relevant to the agency’s niche. Likewise, the position will navigate community guidelines, ensuring compliance, avoiding suspensions and resolving issues promptly. Reporting to the PPC Manager, the position will be responsible for managing ad budgets, and optimizing campaigns in different social media platforms to achieve business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation: Design and launch PPC campaigns Google, Bing and other popular platforms relevant to the agency’s niche, aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to optimize campaign performance.
Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience, driving clicks and conversions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to managers and/or clients, showcasing campaign performance and ROI.
Avoiding Campaign Suspensions Stay updated on Google Ads guidelines relevant to the agency’s niche to ensure compliance and avoid suspensions or disruptions in campaign performance.
Resolving Campaign Suspensions: Resolve any issues or suspensions on Google Ads to the agency’s niche promptly, working closely with platform support and following the necessary protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including SEO specialists and content writers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in PPC advertising, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Certifications: Google Ads certification and social equivalents are preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, popular SEO/SEM Tools, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.
Performance Expectations:
ROI Focus: Achieve targeted ROI for PPC campaigns, demonstrating a clear understanding of budget management and cost-per-click optimization.
