In addition to supporting local fire departments, our primary goal is to create a safe, professional, and fun environment for our team members. We are dedicated to providing the tools and support you need to thrive in your role and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring: Filter applicants daily, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule second-round interviews (primarily through Indeed).
Payroll: Process weekly payroll using Paychex.
HR Administration: Onboard and offboard employees, handle employee questions on pay, and manage employee records.
Workforce App Management: Learn and become an expert in our scheduling and timekeeping application.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO, Crew Chiefs, and crew members nationwide to recruit and retain the best talent.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Address payroll and hiring inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST!
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and administrative tasks.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous HR and recruiting experience preferred.
Process improvement skills are a plus.
