Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of IntraSpace’s products and services.
o Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. o Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
o Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. o Ensure consistent follow-up and maintenance of leads within the CRM to keep data current and actionable. o Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
o Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to optimize sales processes and strategies.
o Use sales analytics to forecast sales performance and set realistic targets.
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
o Strategy Development: – Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns
to engage them effectively.
o Content Creation and Management – Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms (social media, website, blogs, EDMs, surveys, etc.). Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency in every piece of content.
o Linkedin & Meta Media Management – Manage and grow the company’s social media presence. Plan and execute social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
o Email Marketing (EDM) – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase brand awareness. Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, optimizing for better engagement and conversion rates.
o Surveys and Feedback Collection – Design and release surveys to gather customer feedback and insights. Analyze survey results and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
o SEO and SEM – Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) and monitor their effectiveness.
o Website Product Updates and Write-Ups – Regularly update the website with new product information, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Write compelling product
descriptions, blog posts, and other website content to engage visitors and improve SEO.
o Analytics and Reporting – Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
o Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing / sales team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals. Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure digital projects are delivered on time.
o Stay Updated – Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Recommend new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing
efforts.
