Workbox Solutions Australia is a leading Tech company dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Writer with strong project management skills and SEO expertise to join our marketing team.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Social Media Manager and Content Writer with Project Management and SEO Expertise will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, optimising content for search engines, and overseeing marketing projects to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, writing proficiency, SEO knowledge, and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Social Media Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media channels.
– Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
– Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers to foster brand loyalty.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
– Schedule content rotations and postings

2. Content Writing:
– Produce compelling and SEO-friendly content for the company’s website, blog, capability statements, brochures, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
– Conduct thorough research to create informative and valuable content that resonates with the target audience.
– Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.

3. SEO Optimization:
– Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and ranking of company content.
– Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content without compromising quality.
– Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and image alt text for better search engine indexing.
– Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to improve results.
– Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure content remains optimized.
– On Page and Off Page SEO
– Back Links adjustments

SEO Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to align with SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

4. Project Management:
– Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders, to execute marketing campaigns.
– Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
– Prepare project reports and presentations for management review.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align social media, content, and SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
– Provide regular updates and insights on social media, content, and SEO performance to the marketing director.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Writer, or similar role.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
– Familiarity with project management software
– SEO and GA Experience
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website management.
