You will be working with a team helping onboard new customers, provide customer and technical support through Calls/SMS/Emails, and more!

Objectives of this role:
– Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
– Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability while presenting the value of our product portfolio to customers
Responsibilities:
– Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and services
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Communicating with customers through various channels like chat, phone, and social media platforms.
– Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Required skills and qualifications:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support Representative whether BPO or remote
– Strong spoken and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
– Ability to exercise critical thinking in resolving customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

– Strong organization skills and keen to details
– A self-starter that doesn’t need hand holding

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Experience in community management on social media platforms
