Sales Secretary/Outbound sales
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative for Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living is responsible for following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments.

OBJECTIVES
Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
Answer all miner clients questions
Sell and or reactivate clients over the phone.
Handle inbound calls and schedule
Scan client messages and calls to update where clients are at to properly update their pipeline.
Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
Communicate the company’s value propositions to all clients.
Follow up with clients
Attend and participate in internal meetings and complete required trainings
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
100 outbound calls a day

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in Horticulture preferred
2 years experience as designer
2 years experience working in the construction industry preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
