Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client services or a similar role.
Strong understanding of excellent customer service principles.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of basic legal terminology (a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

Bonus Points:

Experience working with a UK-based company.
Experience in UK Wills and Estate Planning.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to our UK clients via email and phone, handling enquiries and scheduling consultations.
Assist our team with drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) by gathering client information and ensuring accuracy.
Liaise effectively with lawyers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on client cases.
Manage and prioritise multiple client cases simultaneously, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to deadlines.
Utilise excellent organisational skills to manage calendars and diaries, ensuring smooth workflow for the team.
