Security Operations Specialists with Strong Background in IT, or Computer Science

We are currently seeking skilled IT Specialists as key members of our security operations. Your responsibilities will include user provisionings, implementing robust security measures, safeguarding the integrity of sensitive company and client data, and protecting our global remote team from potential cybersecurity threats.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Provision user account access, install and configure security software, and manage access controls on user devices.
– Implement security measures such as two-factor authentication (2FA), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and IAM solutions on user devices to enhance security.
– Ensure timely and secure access provisioning for new or existing remote team members and facilitate access revocation for departing members.
– Safeguard the security and confidentiality of company and client-sensitive data.
– Assist in developing educational materials and training sessions.
– Review existing security protocols and identify areas for improvement.
– Respond and provide support to security incidents.
– Address client-specific cybersecurity requirements and collaborate on tailored solutions.
– Maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes, configurations, and incidents.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
– Experience with user access management, user provisioning, and access controls.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Google Cybersecurity Certification, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
