Ray Media Management is looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant to join our growing Social Media Management/Virtual Assistance agency. We provide a wide range of services to our clients to help them run the back-end of their business. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and professional individual to assist with running day-to-day operations.
As a Creative Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our clients by creating and scheduling content (graphics and videos), copywriting (writing captions, writing emails, etc), and other administrative behind-the-scenes functions of our agency such as email management, research, and other tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
– meet twice per week for training until fully trained
– Copywriting (Email Marketing, Caption Writing, etc)
– Social Media Management
– Email Management
– Create Graphics
– Video Editing
– Research
– Admin
REQUIREMENTS:
– fluent in speaking & writing in English
– proven experience 1-2 years as a Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager
– able to meet deadlines
– Video Editing Experience
– Graphic Design Skills
– Copywriting Skills
SYSTEMS THAT WE USE OFTEN:
– Zoom
– Canva
– Other Graphic Design Tools
– Trello (project management)
– Video Editing Tools, such as Descript
– Metricool (or other content scheduling tools)
– Flodesk, Mailchimp, Kajabi (email marketing)
**This is a part-time role that will likely grow over time. Looking for someone who is available about 10 hours per week.**
