Job Description

Are you a driven individual with a passion for real estate and a knack for negotiation? Our rapidly expanding real estate wholesaling company is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to become a crucial part of our team. We’re looking for someone who can identify potential deals, build relationships with property owners, and secure contracts that benefit both parties.

What You Will Do:

Source potential property deals using various methods, including direct mail, online platforms, and networking.
Conduct property and market analysis to determine the value and potential of each deal.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, negotiate purchase terms, and execute contracts.
Collaborate with our dedicated team, including a cold caller and manager, to streamline the acquisition process and leverage leads.
Manage and follow up on leads from initial contact to the signing of the contract.

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related field.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and wholesaling strategies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar software.

What’s In It for You:

A competitive compensation structure with growth potential. You will work your way up to a 5 percent commission. So if I profit 10000 on a deal, you will make 500. Every deal. After a few deals, your commission will go up- we’ll talk about that more during the interview. I am growing my team quickly and you will grow with us.
