Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive real estate research.
• Assist in various marketing activities to promote our properties and services.
• Engage with clients through emails and phone calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments.
• Provide personal assistance to help keep organizational tasks streamlined.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success and integrity in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on email and phone etiquette.
• Comfortable with client interaction and capable of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
