Seeking a Editor For Movie Reaction Videos For YouTube

Seeking an EDITOR For MOVIE Reaction Videos For YouTube. Specifically, we are looking for an editor to work on the Harry Potter movie series.
We pay around $55 per video (flexible depending on movie running time). We expect you to do 2 videos per month.

Requirements for this position:
Must speak, write, and understand fluent and conversational English.
Must have experience editing movie or TV show reactions and reviews.
MUST BE ABLE TO EDIT KEY MOMENTS, PLOTS, AND CHARACTERS IN THE MOVIE/SHOW SO IT FLOWS WELL AND CONSISTENTLY. NO CHOPPINESS.
Must see a sample of your work. We will also provide you with one of our clips and would like to see a short sample.
Must follow our existing channel video styles (including cuts that follow the story line and aren’t choppy, zoom ins/outs, transitions, color grading, motion effects, fix audio/white noise, etc.)
Must be professional and TIMELY when submitting projects. We have a strict publishing schedule and want to stay on time.
Must submit the first draft at least 3 days before publishing date so we have enough time to review.
Must understand Copyright Laws and send only copyright free edits.

Other Things to Know:
For the time being, we’re seeking a video editor specifically to edit MOVIE reactions. We’re hoping down the line to hire a full-time editor to also help with our TV show reactions.
Depending on the movie length, we’d expect anywhere between 45-60 minute long videos (final edited cut).
For example, if a movie is 2 hours long, then depending on the reaction cut it could be ~60min. total running time.
We can discuss the length of each video prior to each project.
