I am on a quest to find a tenacious and resourceful Virtual Assistant who can delve into the realms of cold calls, cold email marketing, and social media marketing. Your core mission will be to connect with store owners, introduce them to our enchanting Catalog, and ignite the spark for potential orders.

Pay: Negotiable – Your expertise and the caliber of applicants will be the scale to measure the final figure. Cold Calling Skills will highly impact pay rate. This job also includes small commissions on top of the agreed hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling and Email Marketing:

Reach out to store owners through cold calls and emails, introducing them to our catalog and identifying opportunities for orders.
Draft compelling emails that encapsulate the essence of our offerings and entice the prospects to explore our catalog.
Social Media Marketing and Outreach:

Concoct and implement vibrant social media marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Reach out to social media influencers within our industry for collaborations that will further the outreach of our brand.
Social Media Management:

Maintain a lively presence on our social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Engage with our audience in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their inquiries and comments are addressed promptly.
Data Analysis:

Analyze the performance metrics of your outreach campaigns to glean insights and refine strategies.
Stay afloat with the latest trends in social media, email marketing, and cold calling to ensure our tactics are sharp and effective.
Administrative Support:

Assist in miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to keep our operations sailing smoothly.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, or social media management.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills to articulate our brand’s message accurately and engagingly.
Creativity to think outside the traditional marketing box and generate innovative outreach strategies.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
