Seeking a high calibre VA who loves designing in Canva

Are you an experienced VA, with a bright personality and a natural flair for Canva and designs? We have an established and thriving Australian business in the health and wellness arena, and are looking for a full time VA to join our team (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm Sydney time). You can expect a wide diversity of tasks, in a heart-based business that has a great team culture.

The owner of this business is seeking a VA who has the following values and skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English – a natural & heart-based communicator
• Very high attention to detail
• Natural design flair using Canva and/or Adobe Suite – able to create emotive designs for social media and e-blasts. If you have a portfolio, please send us the link!
• Experienced with Social Media Coordination, Microsoft office suite, Google drive or Microsoft 365, and WordPress
• A fast learner and Tech Savvy, able to quickly master new skills and systems
• Experienced with CRMs, knowing how to create campaigns, landing pages, and manage databases and tags. Let us know which CRMs you have experience with – we use Active Campaign, Kajabi & Clicksend.
• Access to high speed, reliable internet in a quiet location

Tasks include:
• Designing and sending out weekly e-blasts through Active Campaign, and uploading to our websites (WordPress/Shopify)
• Creating & posting content on our Social Media pages, groups and platforms
• Communicating with our customers & students
• Checking emails, sending reminders, maintaining attendance lists for our events
• Tracking our business metrics
• Creating invoices and basic bookkeeping using Xero (which we can train you in)
