Job Description

Our company has an exciting opportunity for an ISA who is exceptionally organized and driven to handle incoming company leads (no cold calling required). In addition, they will play a key role in managing our social media presence.
This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company. Our team members tend to stay with us for the long term – the average tenure of our VAs is five years, and we offer benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. We are specifically looking for someone with a solid understanding of the U.S. real estate landscape, and while experience is preferred, we welcome individuals who can be easily trained and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of virtual assistant experience, specifically in U.S. real estate.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following CRMs: Sierra, Cartus, , or any other real estate CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as you’ll be in regular contact with our real estate agents.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Competency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Self-driven and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
• Possession of a reliable desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 processor.
• A stable internet connection with a backup plan in place (a speed test will be required during the interview).
• Excellent attendance record and availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
