Seeking a Virtual Assistant / Content Creator OTA Management for a Premier Motorsports Tour and Rental Chain in Hawaii
I am in pursuit of a Virtual Assistant to delegate a variety of operational tasks for the largest chain of motorsports tour and rental stores across Hawaii. This position demands a broad skill set and the ability to manage multiple facets of the business with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Management: Streamline inbox organization to ensure critical communications are prioritized, thereby maintaining an efficient workflow.
Meeting and Deadline Coordination: Monitor and manage the calendar to ensure all significant meetings and deadlines are met without fail.
Performance Reporting: Facilitate and supervise the compilation of store-level reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Google Drive, including the synthesis of performance summaries.
Online Travel Agency (OTA) Management: Oversee the presence of our tours on various OTA platforms such as Viator, Klook, and Expedia. Responsibilities include initial setup, ongoing maintenance, and expansion efforts to additional OTAs. While prior experience in OTA management is not mandatory, a willingness to learn is essential, and comprehensive training will be provided.
Social Media Management: Actively manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google, through regular posting and engagement with our audience. Applicants with proficiency in photo and video editing are preferred, as there is a substantial volume of raw footage to be transformed into content suitable for social media. Additionally, there is an ambition to extend our social media footprint to include TikTok.
This role may also encompass other duties and projects as they arise, necessitating a flexible and adaptable approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using Google Drive and applications
Proficient with social media platforms.
Capable of photo and video editing, with a creative eye for content creation.
Eager to learn and adapt to new responsibilities, particularly in OTA management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
