Seeking Amazing Web Designer & WordPress Developer

Hi,
My name is Amanda, I own a small health and fitness company. I am looking for someone to join my team who is an expert in web design and WordPress development.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
• Conceive innovative, on-brand software solutions to fulfill project requirements
• Create, design, and implement layouts for new and existing web pages and applications that display well on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Design graphics, icons, and custom WordPress themes as needed
• Establish and maintain design standards and best practices
• Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing
• Troubleshoot coding issues
• Other WordPress-related tasks
Qualified candidates will have emails between me and them, be required to show and share examples of previous work completed, and ultimately have a Zoom interview with me before we hire you.
We have a few requirements for the job:
• This position will be part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time. You will play a crucial role in helping our business grow; it is important to us that we help you grow, too.
• You will be required to be online during part of our business hours so that we can collaborate on projects and communicate any needs or concerns.
• You must be proficient in speaking and writing English so that we can communicate effectively.
