Vena Sterling Agency (VSA), is on a mission to empower 6-figure women business owners to predictably scale to 7 figures. We provide done-for-you marketing funnels and high-touch coaching to attract and convert a steady stream of ideal clients.
This is about more than just filling a job. We are growing and this position is the first step towards joining and growing with us. The position starts at 5-10 hours per week and will gradually increase to 30 hours per week over a 30-day period as we provide you with training. Possibilities for raises are based on work performance.

Your role will be creating generating leads to help us set calendar appointments and grow our email and text message list to ensure a steady stream of clients. This will include:
– Conducting outreach on LinkedIn to CEO’s contact list, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create lists of cold leads, initiating conversations to provide value and bring ideal clients into our sales funnel which involves scheduling appointments for zoom calls.
-Conducting email marketing to schedule appointments- obtain email addresses of potential joint venture partners to speak at our online events and be interviewed by our CEO.
– Conduct outreach via email and social media to build relationships and obtain speaking engagements and podcast guest inviitations for our CEO.
– Manage correspondence with cold leads via social media to inspire downloads of our lead magnet using ManyChat automation
– Creating calendar appointments and automated workflows using HighLevel
– General admin support such as maintaining CEO calendar, schedule meetings, data entry, and managing email.
– Creating training videos for clients using Loom
Helpful skills but not required:
– Basic knowledge of Canva for creating simple flyers for virtual events
– Knowledge of Zoom facilitation
