Position Overview:
As the company founder and owner, I am seeking an amazing Executive Personal Assistant who possesses excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant and will be extremely proficient in American English. This role will involve working remotely from your location of choice, with some hours overlapping with the US East Coast morning.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily check-in meetings to review the day’s calendar, priorities, and tasks.
– Prepare Daily Dashboard Reporting of key metrics to facilitate decision-making.
– Assist with the creation of the CEO’s Daily Checklist, and id in selecting the CEO’s top priorities for the day.
– Assist in processing the CEO’s inbox, sorting messages into relevant goal areas, and drafting replies as needed.
– Help to maintain records of task requests and agenda items for the CEO’s meetings with company employees.
– Help track the CEO’s progress toward personal health and fitness goals
– Help to organize projects in Trello and develop project plans to ensure smooth execution.
– Undertake selected tasks for projects as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
– Top 1% fluency in American English, both spoken and written.
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
– Willingness to work some hours that overlap with the US East Coast morning.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
– High level of adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
– Strong proficiency in using online collaboration tools such as Gmail, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
– An interest in AI, and a comfort level in exploring its uses in your role
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
