Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our daily business operations. This multifaceted position involves tasks ranging from data management and report generation to providing personal assistance to the team lead. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in spoken English, are vital for effective collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection: Collect and accurately document specific data elements like emails, phone numbers, and relevant company information using Google Sheets.
• Schedule Management: Assist the team lead in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing other personal assistant duties.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication within the team, utilizing strong spoken English skills.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on the customer’s time zone (EST), ensuring timely and professional responses.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong business communication abilities.
• Prior experience in data collection and a high level of proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
• Comfortable with remote work and adept at effective time management.
• Possesses a strong and confident presence, with the ability to respond promptly to tasks.
• Excellent English: Demonstrates excellent English language skills, both in written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in communicating effectively through chat and calls.
• Background in Email Management: Holds a background in email management and organization.
• Has a track record of success in remote work, demonstrating dedication to maintaining a productive remote setup.
• Customer Service Excellence: Capable of providing outstanding customer service.
