Who are we looking for?
The Business Analyst is a goal-oriented individual passionate about achievement and growth. They look to use their analyzing skills and a keen eye for detail to provide accurate valuations for new business, understand the story of a property through the analysis of all of the due diligence materials, and work alongside the marketing manager to ensure all listing and potential listing data is accurate in our presentations.
The short-term goal of this role is to take over the day-to-day responsibilities of completing property valuation analysis and ensuring the data and the due diligence for all listings and potential listings are accurate.
The long-term goal of this role is to arm all agents on the team with the necessary data, research, and analysis to continue to grow our market share.
What will you do?
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in the underwriting and valuation of multifamily real estate. Prepare Broker Opinion of Value.
-Conduct various types of analysis including: rent roll analysis, income and expense proforma, property financial summary, cashflow analysis for 1031 exchange opportunities, and real estate market analysis
-Review and analyze all due diligence items for team listings. Prepare disclosure package for agents.
-Coordinate with the Marketing team in the preparation of marketing proposals and presentations, including Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandum.

Monday-Friday, 9-5pm PST
