Seeking Civil Engineer,Draftsperson, or Architecture

I am seeking a Civil Engineer, Draftsperson, or Architecture to join us on a project basis. This is not a full-time position but may grow into one in time. The primary industry is tennis and pickleball clubs. We are a growing start-up focused on providing maximum value for our clients, customers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Design detailed site plans for tennis and pickleball clubs, ensuring that all specifications meet industry and safety standards.
Produce technical plans with precise dimensions suitable for construction and development.
Utilize design software to create 2D images of site plans for client review and approval.

If appropriate, share documentation and collaborate with local on-site architects and construction teams to ensure plans meet the desired requirements and project goals.
Review and amend designs based on client feedback and site evaluation.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in tennis and pickleball club design. I will provide all documentation related to this.
Provide updates on design progress.

Work Flow
I will provide basic drawings and the vision via email and video, you will then ask questions as needed, and we’ll collaborate on the design. This position will not require face to face meetings unless you want to.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
Strong technical drafting and spatial design skills.
Ability to produce designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
Excellent written communication skills

This is a project-based position and not full-time. You will be able to maintain other full-time employment as well as this role. Initially, 5-10 hours per month, depending on how fast you work.
