The Role:

We are seeking a creative and efficient Interior and Exterior Designer specialized in delivering high-impact designs with minimal investments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to transform spaces into works of art that speak to the heart.

Responsibilities:

Redesign Interiors: Craft inviting and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces with an emphasis on the Ibiza style, utilizing existing elements while making minimal structural changes.
Revamp Exteriors: Reimagine the exterior of our B&Bs in a Bohemian style, focusing on enhancements through accessories and paintwork to elevate the overall ambiance and appeal.
Render Deliverables: Provide comprehensive and detailed renders that accurately depict the final design outcome, allowing for seamless implementation.
Efficient Execution: Work under tight deadlines and with minimal guidance to produce results that align with our brand’s vision and standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in interior and exterior design, specifically within the hospitality industry (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality renders.
Ability to interpret and execute design briefs with minimal instruction, delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to staying abreast of the latest design trends and techniques.
