I help my clients with leasing, listing, purchasing, and selling commercial buildings (office, flex, industrial, etc.), land, and energy (solar, carbon, EV charging stations, etc.). I am seeking an Executive Assistant who is loyal, trustworthy, hardworking, and an effective communicator.

I am a commercial real estate broker in Atlanta, GA. I help my clients with leasing, listing, purchasing, and selling commercial buildings (office, flex, industrial, etc.), land, and energy (solar, carbon, EV charging stations, etc.). I am seeking an Executive Assistant who is loyal, trustworthy, hardworking, and an effective communicator. I need someone who can assist me with creating and updating listings in real estate databases, conducting research on properties, zoning, surrounding amenities, people and prospective clients, and miscellaneous topics. The role also involves filling out documents, forms, and contracts, scheduling appointments, and assisting with travel arrangements. A willingness to learn about different AI (artificial intelligence) websites and platforms is essential, as is the ability to adapt to new platforms via webinars and trainings. The assistant will also help me with my school work, as I am an Executive MBA graduate student, send emails on my behalf, remind me of tasks that need to be completed, and help me meet deadlines. Occasional assistance with my non-profit and miscellaneous personal needs will also be required. The role includes creating PowerPoint and Canva presentations, managing social media marketing, and assisting with my CRM platform.
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). If there is a program in the Microsoft Office Suite that you are not familiar with, let me know. As long as you are willing to learn, we can work out any problems. Open communication is one of the biggest parts of the job. Having an understanding of Chat GPT and other AI platforms would be extremely helpful and will save you tons of time and increase your efficiency. Knowledge of web design (WordPress) is helpful but not necessary. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and graphic design is also helpful. Proper grammar and correct spelling are mandatory when writing on my behalf. Using supplemental tools like Grammarly and Sapling for spell and grammar check is acceptable.
You must have a reliable and robust computer. Some of the databases you will work with require a lot of RAM. A solid internet connection is required and non-negotiable. What I do may seem complex, but I will be patient and teach you anything you don’t understand.
The ideal candidate for this role will be very independent, confident, decisive, and a self-starter. This individual should have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, generate novel ideas, and deal with them swiftly. Their drive should be directed at getting the important things done. They should respond positively and actively to challenges and pressure, always sure of their ability to handle problems and people while being direct, determined, and flexible.

Strong control of the work process from beginning to end are necessary. job centers around developing new ideas, systems, and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones. A high level of expertise is expected, and the ability to spot and correct errors is important. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal.
Communication Style:
Interest and energy focus primarily on the work at hand, with negligible inclination for small talk. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct, and style of communication. Decision-making, though swift, is very calculated and singular, with little reliance on consensus or collaborating opinions.
Compensation:
Salary is determined by experience. Pay is every two weeks. Bonuses are awarded occasionally for good performance.
