We are currently looking for a talented Architect with a strong command of recent Chief Architect software to join our team. As an integral part of the team, you will:
*Collaborate closely with our CEO and clients to fully develop architectural residential plan designs including incorporating adjustments, revisions, and updates based on client preferences
*Create fully rendered designs ready for permits and construction
*Do basic 3D rendering using Chief Architect
*Create “as-built” and “proposed” plans for residential remodeling
We are looking for a long term relationship. This is a full-time remote position, and at least some availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) is required.

Responsibilities:
> Full plan development – floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, site plan and technical drawings etc.
> Managing customer relationships through email and Zoom, taking revisions, and effectively communicating with team members and clients,
> Utilize Chief Architect X15 for architectural design tasks. We strongly prefer candidates with prior experience in Chief Architect X15 or earlier versions such as X12, X13, or X14. Proficiency in other 3D drafting software like Revit is also highly desirable,but the candidate should be willing to learn and use Chief Architect exclusively.
> Collaborate with the team and clients to ensure design objectives are met and deliver high-quality results.
> Utilize applications such as Google Drive, Zoom, and Houzz for efficient project management and communication.
Requirements:
> Education – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
> Licensed Architect with a valid professional license/certification ??with minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience
> Excellent design abilities using CAD and Chief Architect
> Knowledge of structural requirements for residential design and extreme attention to detail.
> Excellent abilities in space planning with US residential standards
> Must be quality minded and self motivated. Ability to work well under pressure to manage your workload and prioritize deadlines.
> Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. We value clarity and timely communication.

> Dedicated work area with stable internet and backup. Working computer (PC preferred) with powerful graphics capabilities (e.g. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070)
> Bonus if you also have experience with photo realistic rendering (not required) using software such as Lumion or Twinmotion.
