We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards and supporting our mission to save lives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth.
– Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.
– Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient replenishment.
– Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
– Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
– Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business processes, ensuring everything is organized and documented.
– Manage the daily functions of the business.
– Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
– Manage the budget to align with the goals of the business.

If You Have:

– Over 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in SOP Documentation.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Strong Project Management skills.
– Good understanding of Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack, and other project management tools.
– A proven record of your work as an Operations Manager in an e-commerce business.
– Strong supply chain management skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Ability to hold the team accountable.
– Ability to bring new ideas and create new systems and strategies.

– Salary: Above industry standard, varies based on experience.
