Softlimit is looking for a Shopify Superstar with Great Communication Skills that can work directly with our team () to support multiple Shopify Plus clients. In this role, we will be looking for you to support the rest of our team and clients by focusing primarily on Shopify Theme and App-based work. We expect you to be proactive in the setup and upkeep of our client’s Shopify dashboards.
Theme work will include ‘quick-win’ tasks for our clients, including but not limited to: Theme Setup & Styling (matching themes to provided designs as closely as possible); using light CSS to adjust style; setting up products, collections, and metafields; scheduling Sales and Discounts; setting up sales and events; setting up and adjusting Apps (Rebuy, ReCharge, Matrixify, Launchpad, Klaviyo, etc) as well as helping our team identify issues on existing client themes.
Your daily workflow will begin with an assigned list of tasks within our task management system (Click UP). We expect a window of overlapping office hours (minimum 4-6p ET) each day, where you are available for communication via Slack, ClickUp, Huddles, etc. Within that time window, there will also be a standing call to discuss your assigned tasks, answer any of your questions, and resolve any blockers from the previous day. Your work will be mostly asynchronous from our team, so it should include a daily written recap of task progress + adding applicable screenshots, preview links, or QA status updates within the individual tasks for our team to review the following morning.
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 2 years of experience in the following
• Shopify Dashboard, Theme Customizer & Shopify Plus Tools (Scripts, Launchpad, Flow)
• Understanding of E-Commerce & Shopify Best Practices
• A Solid Understanding of the Shopify Ecosystem
It’s important that you would be:
• A fast learner who is able to think on their feet and come up with ideas or strategies based on requests
• Highly detail-oriented and able to quickly compile notes into a readable format with Action Items and Blockers
• Not afraid to ask questions and to try new things
In addition to having excellent English skills and knowing Shopify inside and out, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
• Google Workspace Tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Project Management Software (ClickUp)
• Time Management and tracking (Everhour)
• Slack
• Figma

This is a full-time position Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible but we would need you to be online with us for scheduled and recurring client and internal calls during the EST time zone.
Following a 6 Month Trial period, this position qualifies for 5 Days of PTO and 3 Sick Days. We also honor 10 Fillipino Regular Holidays & 5 Special Holidays as listed here /YEuD7PZB *Black Saturday. All Saints, All Souls, and Feast often Immaculate Conception are not included
Once you complete 1 year with Softlimit, you will get a bonus equal to 1 month’s salary (“13th month”).
