Job Description

ABC Nannies is a boutique staffing agency focused on matching Colorado families with quality childcare providers. Woman-owned, woman-run, and founded in 2001, our team has helped countless families grow stronger by providing valuable nannying and babysitting services for kids of all ages. And our care team is growing!

The Administrator/VA position is a full-time (40 hours/week), 100% remote position. Individual will be responsible for the employee sourcing and candidate acquisition processes within in the Denver market (we get 10-15+ warm leads daily), answering the phones, creating branded resumes and social media content and providing ongoing support to our full-time recruiters and saleswomen.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

This position requires a positive, energetic individual who has great customer service skills, a natural ability to “sell” without being too forward, and a desire to grow with a company for YEARS to come. Responsibilities will include:

• Answer all inbound calls and transferring them to the appropriate team member. You will be the 1st person all clients and candidates speak to so native English/fluency is a must!
• Candidate sourcing. Place and continually update all job postings, create social media content (as needed), and own all sourcing tactics, to drive quality applicant pools on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. We need you to ensure candidate pipeline is always full.
• Assist in the creation of branded resumes and social media recruiting content via Canva
• Administrative tasks associated with the position – from emails, to Slack messages, to following up on candidate documents, to scheduling interviews and more…
• Attending daily, weekly and monthly team meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

JOB DETAILS:

This position is full-time and the schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm MST (Denver time) – we’re open to adjustments, such a split schedule or later start time if it works better for your family/life. We pay and track hours through UpWork.

Our main priority is that we’re looking for someone who can grow with our company for 3-5+ years to come, and is solely dedicated to this position (must NOT work other freelance or VA jobs). Most of our team members are with us 5-7+ years, and we hope the same for you!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience with customer service, sales, and/or sourcing is required. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A TRACK RECORD OF STAYING IN JOBS FOR 2-3+ YEARS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
• English skills are INCREDIBLY important in this role – both written and verbal. Native fluency (or close to it) is required as well as a thorough knowledge of American slang, idioms, and pop culture.
• Strong and reliable WiFi and internet that supports video chat via Zoom or Teams, and a new(er) computer that is capable of running multiple programs at one time
• Excellent customer service skills, reliability and dependability, organization and time management skills
• A professional appearance, dress, and background at all times since you will be the face of our company
• A 4-year college degree is preferred
