The Listing Coordinator is an individual who is detail-oriented, draws energy from working with people, and proactive. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality and details. They demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Listing Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solutions-oriented. They will be a part of the entire listing signed to contract process, ensuring the pre-marketing process is smooth and a property is launched efficiently and effectively, with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. This individual must be proactive, organized, and provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills as they will be both client-facing and overseeing the Field Coordinator on the team.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire listing to launch to contract process (pre-marketing process)
-Implement strategies to create a seamless customer experience throughout a transaction
-Create a seamless transition once we’re in contract with the Transaction Coordinator
-Manage and oversee the Field Coordinator

Essential duties and responsibilities:
-Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, vendors, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage all tasks that are involved in launching a property and getting it into contract
-Coordinate all work to be done at a property with vendors, schedule inspections, photography, etc.
-Communicate with tenants for inspections and walkthroughs, relaying any crucial information to Field Coordinator
-Gather and maintain all due diligence items needed from a property owner prior to launch
-Draft key inspection findings summary for clients
-Draft, fill out, and hold meeting with client for all seller disclosures
-Coordinate with all team members to ensure all marketing materials are finalized and approved by client prior to the launch
-Post property information on MLS
-Send weekly activity summaries to clients while property is on market
-Stay on top of timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and property is launched on time
-Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check-ins, and let them know what to expect in each step
-Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth process and share relevant information
-Know the status of all transactions at any given time for all questions that arise throughout the transaction process
-Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate
-Ensure a smooth transition process to the Transaction Coordinator when a property gets into contract
-Ensure all deadlines are met and executed properly and efficiently
-Maintain checklist for knowing status of properties at all times
