We are a rapidly growing company in the digital marketing and pet industry sector, seeking a highly skilled specialist in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager for ongoing contract work. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team focused on campaign optimization and data-driven marketing strategies.

Location: Remote (US East Coast Time)
Job Type: Ongoing Spot Contract (10-15 hours per week to begin, with additional weekly maintenance hours)

Key Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

• Google Ads Expertise: At least 5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, Performance Max (Pmax), and all ad types.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager: 5 years of experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4, including data layer implementation and server-side tracking.
• Campaign Optimization: Proven ability to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
• Conversion Optimization: Experience in creating and optimizing conversion actions for leads, phone calls, and offline conversions.
• Third-Party Tag Management: Skilled in managing third-party tags and integrating them with GTM.
• Cookie and CMP Management: Knowledge of cookie management and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) for compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Keyword Research: Expertise in conducting keyword research to inform campaign strategy and improve targeting.
• Event Tracking: Proficient in setting up and tracking events in GA4 to measure user interactions and campaign effectiveness.
• Audience Management: Experience with creating and managing lookalike and exclusion audiences for targeted advertising.
• Reporting: Ability to generate detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Create new campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, extensions, and other Google Ads measurement metrics for leads, calls, and offline conversions
• Create and manage GA4 key events and reports
• Create tags, triggers, and variables in GTM
• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across various ad types, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers, data layers, and server-side tracking.
• Optimize conversion actions and manage third-party tags within GTM.
• Conduct keyword research to inform and improve campaign targeting.
• Track and analyze events in GA4, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Create and manage lookalike and exclusion audiences to enhance targeting and reach.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Compensation:

• Pay will be dependent upon experience.
