I am seeking an outbound caller to locate, confirm callees, and provide them with essential info. firsthand. There’s no selling of any kind (nor collections – but quite the opposite!). This is a PT project for now that has the potential to easily turn into a full-time income in a matter of months. If you wish to start small / slow with the peace of mind of having a fixed base pay with simultaneous opportunity to take it to a whole new level of income then this is for you. If you are a student looking for PT hours or currently working and looking to supplement with additional income, this is an excellent option. If in several months you get to the point where this income equals or exceeds your current income, then you’ll have the best “problem” in the world to deal with! All are encouraged to apply but I am looking for a longer-term, stable relationship / collaboration.

What I will provide:
100% friendly coaching / initial handholding (if you have no prior experience in outbound calling / phone interactions or if you need it.)
Cost of making US-bound calls.
An online CRM to access all the necessary info. to verify the callee and to record / document the interactions.

Requirements:
Fluency in English with an accent that is close to Western / American English.
Female voice is preferred but everyone is encouraged to apply (esp. if you think you excel in the other requirements).
Persistence in locating, calling, and confirming callees.
Confidence and persuasiveness in talking to people on the phone. Have a cool attitude, be convincing and establish rapport (Did I say there’s no selling or collections involved?!).

Compensation:
Monthly – 4000PHP for 8-16 hours a month, no strict set schedule.
One time incentive – +2000PHP when you locate / verify a callee in the first 30 days.
Contingent on callee action – +15,000PHP minimum per callee upon successful completion of action by confirmed callee.
