Seeking Tech Savvy Assistant to join our growing VA Team

I own multiple businesses in the US. We have a team of 3 VAs currently and looking to add number 4!

I am looking for someone to join my team who is tech savvy and can complete task with minimal supervision from WordPress Developement, E-commerce setup and admin duties.

Some duties will include:

– Send a daily report
– Build wordpress site with Car Service – Auto Mechanic & Car Repair WordPress Theme
– Theme modification if needed)
– Setup E-Commerce thru WooCommerce
– Download Vendor Bills and Compare costs in CRM for accuracy

To qualify for this position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
– WordPress
– WooCommerce platform
– Automotive repair clientele/experience

We work in a fast paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
– A fast learner
– Pays close attention to detail
– Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

– Web research using search engines like Google,IE, Bing, etc
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs, Sheets
? Communications apps like Skype, Slack, FB messenger, etc
? Project management software like Trello
? Time management or time tracking software – (TimeProof, Toggle)

A few requirements for the position:

– This is a part-time position or gig. It can grow into a full time position
– You must be proficient in speaking and writing English. This is important so we can communicate effectively.
– We’re open Mondays thru Friday 8:30AM-5PM CST, the hours are flexible but we required you to be online during part of our
office hours so we can communicate about project/design/deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable base
We pay weekly on Friday
