Self motivated telco billing rep

We are a small Telco in Australia with a team of 7.

We are looking for an addition to the team. Someone with admin experience and Australian Telco experience in customer management or billing. This is a billing and customer onboarding role. You will be required to complete tasks such as:
– order internet and mobile service from carrier portals
– manage customer communication regarding orders
– add new services to billing system with the correct product and tariffs
– respond to customer account enquiries

What you need:
– Excellent English, with minimal accent
– Ability to work Sydney Australian hours
– self motived
– Positive approach
– Team player who can help other team members to get the job done
– Ability to work and communicate without a script
– Quick learner, who can pick up on new systems and processes without constant reminder

Required experience includes:
– Dealing with Australian customers
– Email and phone etiquette
– A telco billing system where you understand telco services, usage charges, hardware charges etc
– knowledge of systems such as Office 365
– Time management
– Project management
– using a web based phone system for taking and managing calls
– Attention to detail

Your additional experience might include tasks from the following:
– Zoho CRM & Desk
– Xero (think bookkeeping)
– Creating flyers and basic marketing and promotional materials (think Canva)
– Audio file editing (think Audacity)
– Data entry and QA of existing information (think CRM content checking)

Requirements:
– Quality internet service with backup
– Two monitors
– Quality PC or Laptop
– Headset
