The Role:
We’re a small but ambitious startup, and we need a Virtual Assistant to help out. This job is perfect for someone who loves technology and loves helping people improve their lives. We are going to change people’s lives by helping them take action from the content they consume faster. You’ll work closely with me, the founder, and help with all sorts of tasks, like calling people, sending messages, entering data, and more.
What You’ll Do:
– Direct collaboration with the founder.
– Engage in various tasks, including cold outreach, direct messaging, data entry, and more.
– Rapid learning and adaptability with minimal direction.
– Proactive action-taking and problem-solving.
– Develop and implement processes to measure and drive growth.
– Handle technology tools effectively to enhance productivity and output.
Requirements:
– Impeccable grammar and speller
– Strong understanding of technology and proficient in using tools like GSuite, Active Campaign, WordPress, Notion, Airtable, and various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
– Excellent communication skills; ability to seek clarity and fulfill requests impeccably.
– Eagerness to contribute significantly to a growing business.
– High moral character and professional standards.
– Availability from 8 AM to 6 PM PST.
First Project:
– In your first month, you’ll help build a list of 500 potential customers and work with influencers to make great videos for brands.
