I am seeking a seasoned, energetic, and motivated sales and marketing specialist to assist me in selling a converted camper van. This is a unique opportunity for a freelancer who can leverage their skills and connections in the auto/motorhome industry, or who has a keen knack for sales, marketing, and negotiation.

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to ensure maximum exposure of the camper van to potential buyers. This could include social media marketing, listing on automotive sales websites, email campaigns, etc.
Organize and coordinate viewings or demonstrations for potential buyers, in a manner that highlights the unique selling points of the camper van.
Negotiate a sales deal to attain the best possible price.
Facilitate the sales transaction, ensuring the needs of both buyer and seller are met in a fair and transparent manner.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of various sales strategies and marketing platforms.
Willingness to work on a commission basis.

Compensation:
The base sale price for the van is set at $22,000. Any amount you can sell above this price will be your remuneration. For example, if the van is sold for $25,000, the successful candidate will be paid $3,000.
