Job Description

Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Reporting Specialist and Data Analyst + Assistant to VP of Operations to join our team. As an integral member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for reporting the performance of our seller accounts on various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for maintaining high standards, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, as well as supporting the VP of Operations in various administrative tasks. Your role will also involve pulling data, monitoring and analyzing data from Seller Central, generating comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. This position requires a strong grasp of e-commerce platforms, exceptional analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

— Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, primarily Seller Central, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
— Develop and maintain detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and more.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide regular updates on account performance.

Performance Optimization:

— Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape.

Data Integrity and Quality Control:

— Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
— Develop and maintain data governance practices to uphold data quality standards across platforms.

Assistant to VP of Operations:

–Provide administrative support to the VP of Operations, including task management from client
calls, ad hoc requests for tasks, and project management of client tasks and requests.
–Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
–Help streamline internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

— Proven experience in e-commerce, seller central management, and data analysis.
— Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
— Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
— Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
— Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central
— Prior experience in using data analysis to drive e-commerce performance improvements is a plus.
— Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
