Job Description:
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services, developing new customers, maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships. You need to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, promote the achievement of sales targets, and promote the company’s business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Actively identify and develop potential customers and expand market share.
Promote company products and services through various sales channels (such as telephone, email, face-to-face visits, etc.).
Customer Management:
Maintain existing customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term cooperation.
Respond to customer inquiries and solve customer problems in a timely manner, and provide professional after-sales service.
Sales Execution:
Develop personal sales plans and execute them according to the sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and submit sales reports, track sales performance and analyze them.
Contract and Order Management:
Participate in the negotiation and signing of sales contracts to ensure that the terms of the contract are in line with company policies and customer needs.
Follow up the order processing and delivery process to ensure timely delivery and solve related problems.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs and competition.
Collect and analyze market information and provide advice for the company’s sales strategy.
Job requirements:
Education: College degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors preferred.
Work experience: At least 1 year of sales or customer service related experience, those with industry background are preferred.
Skill requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with customers.
Have a strong sense of sales and goal orientation, and be able to actively explore the market.
Good time management and organizational skills, able to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Familiar with the use of office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite), those with experience in CRM systems are preferred.
Basic financial knowledge, able to understand and interpret sales data.
