Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager/Director

Location: Philippines, Remote, M-F, Eastern Time

Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in the Philippines

Compensation: ?75,000 to ?95,000 Monthly

POSITION OVERVIEW
The SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the company’s client’s lead generation and online presence through paid search campaigns (PPC) across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

This role focuses on full funnel paid search: maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for paid search campaigns, lead generation, landing page creation/optimization, improving website traffic, and enhancing overall brand visibility. This role will also involve weekly/monthly reporting and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Campaign Management
-Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.
-Perform daily account management of pay-per-click (PPC) accounts on Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms.
-Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.

*Performance Analysis and Reporting
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and make necessary adjustments to optimize for ROI and increased lead generation.
-Generate weekly/monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
-Provide performance analysis reports to clients and management, including actionable insights and recommendations.

*Strategy Development
-Develop SEM strategies to increase the company’s market share and online presence.
-Collaborate with the content, design, and social media teams to create and implement effective SEM strategies.

*Optimization and Testing
-Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
-Creation and Implementation and monitor A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
-Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality score, and conversion rates.

*Budget Management
-Manage and maintain PPC budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure.
-Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.

*CRM Integration
-Utilization of Zoho and Hubspot.

**Market and Trend Analysis
-Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
-Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

*Client Communication
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEM-related issues and inquiries.
-Present campaign performance, insights, and future strategies to clients and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
*Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing SEM/PPC campaigns.
*Skills:
-Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
-Familiarity with SEO and its integration with SEM efforts.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.
*Experience with additional digital marketing channels (e.g., social media advertising).
*Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
