Are you a top-producing sales rep looking to grow within a small B2B tech company and shape the future of IT services every day?

We are All I.T. – a rapidly growing U.S.-based company that provides on-demand manpower to internal IT departments of large companies. We are looking for an outstanding sales professional to help us accelerate revenue growth and expand market share across North America. You must be experienced with B2B consultative selling, closing contracts, and extending client renewals. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years in B2B tech sales and extensive client-facing experience with mid-market/senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

-Deliver against a quota for closed won deals.
-Relentlessly prospect, contact, demo, close, and upsell new accounts.
-Conduct sales needs analysis with new and existing customers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities.
-Uncover and understand prospect goals, plans, challenges, budget, and decision-making timeline.
-Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals remotely and in person to IT leaders, C-level executives, and business owners.
-Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
-Work in conjunction with SDRs, client relationship managers, and project coordinators to move leads, deals, and service requests forward.
-Utilize prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
-Leverage HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
-Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of B2B IT sales experience exceeding quota.
-A candidate that knows Apollo 100%
-An extensive track record in selling IT services/consulting or SaaS software is a MUST.
-Mindset: Hunter mentality and hungry to grow book of business, comes ready to play every single day, always has a growth mindset, consistently takes action, and maintains a positive attitude in spite of any potential rejection or deal pursuit encountered.
-Sales skills: Able to persistently prospect, qualify and nurture leads, identify and overcome objections, and convert new clients while continuing the sales process to expand relationships with existing clients.
-Negotiation skills: Adept at handling key stakeholder concerns and negotiating with clients to maintain relationships and close deals.
-Interpersonal skills: Excellent listening, people, and presentation skills that allow for engaging demos and productive ongoing interactions with clients and optimal communication and collaboration with internal sales support and service operations teams.
-Customer-focused: Committed to exceeding client expectations throughout every step of the sales and onboarding process and remaining organized and laser-focused to manage and cultivate deeper relationships with multiple prospects, accounts, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
-Analytical skills: Able to analyze sales pipeline forecasts and results along with industry data and trends to assist in the attainment of senior leadership’s growth goals.
-Goal-oriented: Self-motivated, determined to continually meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals, and willing to have self-accountability.
