Status: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities
Report to the Senior Client Manager or the Senior Production Manager every week
Process and complete annual financial statements and prepare income tax returns
Work with your Senior Manager, helping train you in technical knowledge and reviewing your work
Client bookkeeping
Client bank reconciliations, posting, and payroll
BAS
ASIC
Time Billing
Tax preparation for individual clients, partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations and Trusts including bank reconciliations and statements, and variations
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of accounting; balance sheet reconciliations
Strong experience with BAS Contractors
Basic leadership skills
An MBA is preferred but not a requirement
Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Excel proficiency
In-depth Xero experience
5+ years of full-cycle accounting
High level of computer literacy
Superior attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Willing to work with MS Teams video chat active throughout the shift
Has or is willing to install Adobe Acrobat Pro on their computer unit, for reporting purposes (preferred)

Should be knowledgeable with the following:
Accountant end of Month Reporting – Full Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Analysis Monthly adjusting journal entries for merchant accounts, outside payroll companies
Budgets and Cash Flow Planning
Communicating and responding to Australian Taxation Notices
High problem-solving skills
Tax research, staying up to date on tax law changes, and anticipation of new tax law changes
Borrowing Costs Amortization Entries and Reconciliation
Deposits Paid Reconciliation and supporting schedules and invoices
Debtors and Cash flow analytics
Creditors payment Planning dates and creditor reconciliations
MV Loans and Amortization Schedules
Profit or Loss on Disposal of Assets
Acquisition of Assets and Journal Entries
Director’s Loans and Division 7A Loan agreements
Beneficiary Schedules
Private Portion of Adjustments for BAS and GST
Payroll Reconciliations & Coding
Superannuation reconciliations and non-deductible and deductible reporting
TPAR Schedules
