Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and committed to working remotely with excellence. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting our clients in making informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly review
Coordinate with the tax planning team to implement effective tax-saving strategies
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
Adhere to timelines that sync with the company’s headquarters time zone

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with Philippine and international tax codes is a plus
High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability
Must have a stable internet connection and a workspace conducive for remote work
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus

Benefits:
Competitive salary : PHP 40,000 – 70,000 per month based on experience
