As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant with experience working with US-based clients and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team.

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our clients’ financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, specifically with US-based clients, and be proficient in using QuickBooks Online.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
– Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
– Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
– Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports as required.
– Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients.
– Collaborate with clients to ensure their financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
– Manage and mentor junior bookkeeping staff as needed.
– Stay up-to-date with accounting software updates and best practices.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably with US-based clients.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
– Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
– Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
