Job Description

Does working with multiple clients, different industries, never having the same day twice in a row sound exciting to you? Are you a financial wizard with a passion for precision and a knack for client relations? Us too.. That’s why we started Atomus Partners!

If you’re ready to elevate your career in accounting, we have an exciting opportunity that awaits you!

What We Do

Atomus — the Latin word for atoms, which are the basic building blocks of the universe. At Atomus Partners, we partner with clients to be their back-office nucleus serving as their building block for growth so they can focus on what they do best…their core business. We remove the common challenges small and medium-sized businesses often struggle with in developing, growing, and maintaining a highly functional back office (HR, Administrative, Finance/Accounting, IT) and help them to see beyond today.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to our VP of Finance, our Senior Accountant will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with:

Client Relationship Building: You will assist the VP of Finance with offering expert financial support and customized solutions, while building trust with our clients.
Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis.
Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to special projects.
Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.
Why Us

Working at Atomus Partners means living our core values: Commit to Quality, Create Solutions, Collaborate as One, Cultivate Raving Fans and Climb Higher. You will be challenged daily to develop solutions for our clients’ most pressing problems. Atomus Partners is not for those who just want to clock in, go through the motions, and clock out as you’ll learn more and grow in 1 year than in 3-5 years at other companies. If you share our core values and liked what you read on this job posting, please apply.
